Acceptable Use Policy

Use Hotel Lobby AI to make consensual, nonsexual duets with adults. You must have permission to use both photos and both people’s likenesses.

Prohibited content

• Sexual content: pornography, sexual nudity, fetish content, nonconsensual intimate images, sexual exploitation or sexual solicitation.
• Violence and gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, realistic threats, extremist propaganda or encouragement of violent acts.
• Hate and harassment: dehumanization, threats or abusive targeting based on protected traits, or targeted humiliation and harassment.
• Child safety: any sexualization, exploitation or abuse of a minor, including synthetic or altered images. This service accepts adult portraits only.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive identity substitution, fabricated endorsements, fraud or an identifiable person’s likeness without permission. A consensual creative duet must not be passed off as evidence of an actual event.
• Copyright and trademarks: photos, characters, logos, music or other protected work you lack permission to use, or content that misleadingly implies affiliation.
• Other harmful use: encouragement of self-harm, illegal activity, attempts to evade safeguards, automated trial abuse or interference with the service.

Checks and enforcement

Provider safeguards apply to generation. Our independent screening can hold inputs and outputs for a safety decision; only an allowed result is released when those checks are enabled. Automated checks can make mistakes and cannot establish ownership or consent. We may withhold a result, restrict an account and review reported content. A safety refusal must not be routed to a fallback model to bypass the refusal.

Report a problem

Email support@hotellobbyaigenerator.co with the creation ID or public page, the reason for your report and a way to contact you. Do not attach illegal material. We review reports, restrict content or accounts where appropriate and retain necessary review and transaction records. Public examples are selected separately; private outputs are not automatically published.

Appeals and policy updates

To appeal, send the creation ID and explain why the decision should be reconsidered. We review consent or rights evidence where relevant before restoring access. We update the screening rules and this policy when provider guidance or confirmed reports identify a gap; changes are versioned so decisions can be traced to the policy used.
